Pricing

Simple pricing for clinics and hospitals

A base fee for your clinic plus a fee per user, billed monthly or yearly. No setup fees, no per-document charges and no long-term contract — a predictable cost next to the price of an expired license slipping through.

Plans

Choose the plan that fits your organization

Every plan is priced the same way: one base fee for the clinic and one fee per user. Pay monthly, or yearly where a plan offers an annual price.

Multi-site

Custompricing

Quoted for your organization

For hospitals, clinic groups and staffing agencies running several sites.

  • A separate workspace for each site
  • One agreement and consolidated invoicing
  • Volume pricing on seats
  • Onboarding help and data import

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Billed in advance through Stripe; annual plans renew yearly.

How billing works

No free trial, no surprises

You pay for the first month, or the first year on annual billing, when you activate your clinic; it then renews for the same period. Here is the whole lifecycle.

  1. Sign up and verify your email

Name your clinic, choose its timezone and confirm your email address with a one-time code. Your clinic account is created as soon as you enter it.

  2. Pay the first period to activate

Pay the first month (or the first year, on annual billing) through Stripe Checkout. Until that payment completes the account is read-only and no one can be invited; once it does, everything unlocks.

  3. Billed in advance, monthly or yearly

Each period you pay your plan's base fee for the clinic plus its fee for each user. Users you add are charged straight away, pro rata for the rest of the period; users you delete come off at the next renewal.

  4. Cancel whenever you like

Canceling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. All sales are final: fees already paid, monthly or annual, are not refunded.

Users

Who appears on the invoice

A billable user is an account in your clinic that hasn't been deleted. Nothing else is metered — not credentials, not documents, not reminders.

Which user accounts are billable
AccountBillingWhy
Active usersBillableSigned in and able to work.
Invited usersBillableThe invitation is out and the account already exists, so the seat is reserved.
Suspended usersBillableSuspension keeps the person's record and history intact. Delete the user to stop the fee.
Deleted usersNot billableRemoved from the next renewal onward. Until then the seat stays paid, so inviting someone in their place costs nothing extra. Removing a user never refunds a period already billed.

Questions

Billing questions

Who counts as a billable user?

Every user in your clinic who has not been deleted — active, invited and suspended accounts all count. Deleting a user stops their fee from the next billing period; it does not refund a period already billed.

When am I charged?

The first period is paid through Stripe Checkout when you set up your clinic, and billing then continues in advance — monthly, or yearly if you chose annual billing. Users you add are charged straight away, pro rata for the rest of the period; users you delete come off at the next renewal.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final and fees already paid are non-refundable, including when you remove users or cancel partway through a period.

How do I cancel?

An Organization Admin opens Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Canceling stops the next renewal, and the clinic keeps full access until the end of the period already paid for.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe retries the payment on its own schedule. Until billing is current the clinic is read-only: everything stays visible and exportable, but new changes are paused until the invoice is paid. Nothing is deleted.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
